At present, Street Lore Clothing ships orders within Sri Lanka only.
International shipping is not yet available, but we plan to offer international delivery in the future.
All local deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Estimated delivery time within Sri Lanka is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
🎉 Free shipping is offered on all orders within Sri Lanka, with no minimum purchase required.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payments at checkout.
For COD orders:
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Orders refused at delivery may be restricted from future COD purchases.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
Street Lore Clothing is not liable for:
Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
Additional charges incurred due to address changes after dispatch

Refusal of delivery
The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges or order cancellation at our discretion.
Tracking details may be provided where available once the order has been dispatched.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Provide your order number and supporting photos if applicable
We will assist in resolving the issue in coordination with the courier.
International shipping is not currently available. Once introduced, additional shipping fees, delivery times, customs duties, and taxes may apply.
